This course will explore essential concepts of Ericksonian techniques as they apply to group work with clients in drug addiction treatment. Curriculum planning, methodology and psycho-educational group exercises and activities will be exhibited. The application’s accomplishments and shortcomings will be examined.
Examine the relevance of Ericksonian philosophy to drug misuse treatment group activity.
Determine three strategies for involving members in group activities.
