Hello Craig, just a little update.
I’m now on Phase 5 of the TT bodyweight program. I believe I am continuing to produce fantastic outcomes.
I got sidetracked by checking out your other plans and performing some kettlebell training as well as a couple of Josh Hillis’ sessions. So I’m doing the entire four weeks from the start (of phase 5)
Workout B was completed today, and it is rather taxing on the hamstrings. I’m not complaining, but I did it with a buddy today, and she wasn’t whining about how hard we worked.
Workout A features a lot of push ups, which isn’t a complaint, but rather an observation. I’m enjoying every minute of it.
The Abs – circuits at the end of these phase 5 exercises are challenging, and I had to work up to executing them three times.
I deadlifted for a test the other day and upped my 1 rep max from 225lbs to 315lbs. I attribute the increase in strength to the 6-month BW handbook. It has made a significant difference in my general fitness. The single leg workouts are very beneficial.
