Balancing poses are fantastic for keeping us present, because of how challenging they can be. So let’s balance the ways in effort and quiet our minds and increase strength.
Anna Hanson is a fantastic vinyasa flow yoga teacher. His charisma and presence in each class is easily enjoyed, as she guides through each of the flowing kind. He has studied under Rudy Mettia and Travis Elliot, and developed a her own unique style and poise to master. Anna teaches locally in Santa Monica and is a great mentor and friend.
