This course will teach you 6 movements to increase your core strength, 5 movements for increased leg strength, and 6 movements for increased shoulder strength. While performing these movements, you will be simultaneously working your flexibility and power.
After you have learned the movements, I will teach you exactly how to do 9 Complete 45 minute workouts.
