Both had high quality reputations. But there was a distinction. One of the men worked 40-50 hours a week in his business to support his family.
The other was a multi-millionaire who spent more time with his family than he did working.
What Was the Distinction?

However, I’ve seen a large number of them fail.
Let’s face it: running your own business can be a difficult task.
It doesn’t help that we are in the midst of the worst recession our country has experienced in decades.
According to the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census, 93.1% of businesses have annual revenues of less than $250K, and 57.1% have annual revenues of less than $25K (total revenue, not profit). The majority of entrepreneurs have clearly fallen into the same trap…and cannot seem to find their way out.
It doesn’t seem like that long ago that I was on the verge of losing my own business.
I was 24 years old and had bought into the dream of owning my own company, being my own boss, and, of course, making a lot of money. However, as most entrepreneurs rapidly discover, that is not always the case.
During my early years, I was struggling to make $2,000 per month. I spent the entire day cleaning up cat pee in the 110-degree Phoenix summer heat, barely making enough to fill my gas tank.
I was not only a prisoner of my business, doing all of the labor myself, then going home and having to deal with all of the “office stuff,” but I was also DEAD BROKE.
I was working harder than I had ever worked in my life, with only a sore back to show for it. I can’t tell you how many times I considered giving up.
I’ll be the first to admit that I was no “natural” at running a business.
How I “Inadvertently”
My business income increased by over 1000%.
In Only 6 Months!
I’ll never forget my personal triumph. I spoke with a millionaire entrepreneur who reminded me that “there was nothing wrong with my business… there was something wrong with me.”
In other words, plenty of people made a lot of money in the industry I chose. The business itself was not flawed; I simply needed to “crack the code” and figure out how to profit from it. If I could do that, I’d be able to succeed in any business.
