Riggio also created a twenty-four page diary for you, complete with thorough instructions, room for jotting down your wishes and aspirations, a five-week journal page for you to record your notes, and a few excellent quotations I discovered to keep you motivated along the road.
According to Joseph Riggio:
Remember, the most essential thing to remember while working with any given week of the program is to stick to the plan, which is to first watch the video for the week you’re starting, then listen every day for at least five days in a week, and don’t start the following week until day eight (day one of the following week).
You can begin the program on any day of the week as long as you stick to a seven-day plan every week.
You may listen to the program audios as many times as you like.
As long as you are following the program, you cannot overhear it.
Clients have experienced great improvements from listening once in the morning, once in the middle of the day, and once in the evening.
These people have informed me that they just like listening to the show and that it helps them tune in and fire on all cylinders.
Listening to TCP | The Complete Package audios more than once a day is also very relaxing for many people.
So feel free to listen as often as you like.
After you’ve completed the entire five-week routine, I recommend listening to the audio whenever you want for a refresher.
You can also listen to the full program again from week one to week five, with at least a two-week interval between each cycle.
This timetable will reinforce the topics you learned the first time.
You’ll also discover new things if you listen to the earlier audio after having completed the full session.
