If you think stretching is for wimps, try matching this! “The Chinese Acrobats’ Extreme Flexibility Secrets” Two teenage Chinese acrobats do incredible contortions, muscular stretches, and flexibility exercises that make other stretching routines appear silly. Dear Friend, I’m still stunned! Imagine having two of China’s most extraordinary acrobats come to your house to give you a private display of deep muscle stretches and mind-blowing bodily contortions. Imagine being able to interrogate them after they’d completed pushing themselves through one absurd contortion after another to learn the secrets to their gumby-like flexibility as well as their cat-like stretching elegance. If you can’t fathom such a display, have a look at the images given beside this message. The first image is of Liang Yu, a great Chinese acrobat who has traversed the world putting on one astounding flexibility show after another. The stretch she is doing in this shot is known as a reversing bridge. She starts by lying on her stomach and placing the soles of her feet on top of her head. She then contorts herself further more, putting her buttocks on her head. I’m not sure about you, but that’s a “inhuman” muscular stretch. But it’s no big thing for Liang and her partner, Zhen Yang (performing the straddle splits stretch with her chest on the floor). It all comes down to how you prepare for tremendous flexibility. I’d want to go into great detail about every single stretch we witnessed these supple women perform this evening. But the reality is that my mind is still trying to figure out how these women were able to extend their limbs in such a way. I couldn’t believe this happened in our house until I viewed their flexibility routine on camera a few minutes ago. Sitting among hundreds of fans for a Chinese acrobatic show generally costs $75 to $100 or more – and those are the cheap tickets. They’re not in the spotlight, for sure. However, in the footage we shot, you have a front-row ticket to life. Not only that, but after exhibiting their muscular stretches, these incredible acrobats allowed me to ask questions about their flexibility training regimen. What I couldn’t comprehend or say in Chinese was filled in by my wife, who is from that part of the world. I value what they told me about how they developed their amazing flexibility. I’m sure those of you who are interested in stretching will want to discover their secrets as well. For example, why don’t Chinese acrobats believe in adopting any unique breathing method to promote flexibility? What are their thoughts on “bouncing” as you stretch? Is this forbidden, or have we been misled? This one will take you by surprise. How long does each stretch position last? What exercises should you undertake in what order to learn the splits as quickly as possible? How can acrobats get such strong and flexible spines? What is it that the acrobats do to push themselves further into their stretches? How do they execute handstands so effortlessly? How do they practice one-arm handstands (while smiling)? What is the key to their strong and flexible shoulders? And so forth. The DVD will be packaged in a plastic/paper sleeve. Every sale is final. This auction is solely for the DVD!
