Meltdown Kettlebell – Fat Loss Training
Salepage : Meltdown Kettlebell – Fat Loss Training
Kettlebells are an excellent fat-loss tool. A kettlebell takes very little room and may be used for strength and interval training in a fat-burning workout.
When I visit my folks on Saturday afternoons, I bring out my 35, 53, and 70 pound kettlebells and spend the afternoon in the backyard burning body fat.
But I’m far from a Kettlebell expert…
As a result, I spoke with Troy Anderson, inventor of the Kettlebell Meltdown Fat Loss Program, to obtain a sample fat-burning Kettlebell workout for you.
CB: Troy, how does a fat-burning Kettlebell session for your clients look like?
I start the exercise with strength work and then transition into circuit work. This has proven to be incredibly beneficial for me, and I refer to it as my Big Iron Burn Method.
TA:
Let’s try it. It would be simpler to grasp if I just plan out a training day.
Here’s an example of a first week for an intermediate customer.
Double Kettlebell Front Squats with a Big Iron Portion Ladders of 4 x 5 Kettlebell Snatches 3-5 x 1,2,3
3 rounds of the burn circuit
2 repetitions of Turkish Get-ups on each side
Push-up + Renegade Push-Hold – 30 sec + 5 repetitions
Body Row with Blast Strap – 12 2 Hand KB Swing – 20
This sort of collaboration has resulted in high-quality, high-return training sessions for my clients.
When we combine that strength component with the burn circuit, we can do a total body exercise in a short amount of time, sometimes less than 45 minutes, depending on how ‘winded’ my client becomes.
I believe the KB is an excellent all-around fitness equipment, particularly for individuals who exercise at home and want to get maximum fat reduction results.
Thank you very much, Troy!
Today’s Kettlebell session was fantastic.
