Within the next several minutes…
You’ll hear a frightening story of a social security cab driver who broke down in an apartment and discovered a long-forgotten practice of hunting for and profiting from HOT…
…. real estate leads the world by investing in his bank in 10 days or less, with NO of his own money or credit…
And all of this without leaving the house.
Hello, my name is Stacy Kellams, and I’ve been a real estate investor since 1995 and a real estate teacher since 2004.
What I’m going to disclose to you in the following few minutes will forever shift your perspective on real estate investing.
You might believe you’ve heard and seen everything there is to know about real estate investment…
RIGHT?
WRONG!
I can assure you… You’ve never seen anything like that…
… this is something fresh, something really distinct…
Finally, an entirely new approach to real estate investing.
In fact, what I’m about to tell to you may cause me some problems because only a limited handful of insiders is aware of it.
They were laughing all the way to the bank!
Because this knowledge has never been known before…
Until now…
If you’re like most real estate investors, you look for foreclosures, REOs, short sales, FSBOs, and anything else… and guess what?
Every other real estate investor on the earth is carrying out the identical transactions that you are.
So, if you don’t make as much money as you think you should, it’s not your responsibility.
Because you haven’t been taught how to uncover really hot deals that only the top real estate investors are aware of.
This deal will not last long, so keep looking to the end to understand how to exploit an overlooked source of super motivated vendors…
They will go to any length to get rid of their house as soon as feasible.
And I’ll teach you how to accomplish it WITHOUT using your own money or credit.
Without having to give up your full-time work…
… and with no previous experience.
In fact, over the following 10 days, I’ll teach you how to apply these tactics to put money in your pocket.
Is it too wonderful to be true?
I assure you that it is not. And what you will learn if you watch the rest of this video will astound you.
So prepare to be astonished… and perhaps even enraged… by what I’m about to disclose to you today…
But first, let me tell you a story…
This is the tale of how an accidental meeting with a taxi driver who broke a cab physically impacted my real estate investing firm.
You’ll see why in a moment, so keep reading…
I travelled from Austin to Dallas a few months ago.
I was heading to Dallas to spend the weekend with my high school best buddy. We had a fantastic weekend planned…
… it will be the ideal “men’s weekend.”
It was a lovely spring day, and I was dressed as usual. Shorts… T-shirt… and slippers.
When I boarded the plane, I inquired with the hostess about the duration of the journey.
Because it being a Saturday morning, she said, “No sir, the flight will just take half an hour.”
I sighed with satisfaction, knowing that I wouldn’t have to seat next to anyone.
After all, it was a Southwest Airlines trip, and you never know if you’ll be packed in like sardines…
Alternatively, you should be able to spread and have a range for yourself.
I’m not sure how you feel about flying, but I despise it.
Knowing that the flight would only be half full, I decided that sitting in the back of the plane would give me the best chance of sitting alone.
So I sat in the aisle at the back of the plane, on the left side, to stretch out my long 6’3″ legs.
Everything went exactly as planned. All of the passages took place in the plane’s front and middle sections, leaving me alone in the back.
Then it happened…
A man in his forties approached me and asked if I was saving places nearby.
I smiled at him and told him that no one was sitting next to me… But I calmly considered my smile…
Are you serious?
Then it happened… Just when I thought nothing could get any worse… it happened… much worse…
He was in the middle… right next to me!
I considered good grief… I need a drink. What happened to the stewardess?
And it was just ten o’clock in the morning.
I even considered getting up and going to an open seat. I mean, really. Is the plane half full, and this guy wants to sit beside me?
Unbelievable!
The shift to free space, on the other hand, would be impolite. And I was raised not to be impolite.
So I chose to remain where I was.
I, for one, do not believe in coincidences, and you should not either.
